Age: 17
Gender: Male
District/Area: District 2
Appearance:
Personality:
Carver is six feet and 175 pounds of pure, unbridled cruelty. He is an easy figure to spot, as he mimics the mannerisms of a peacekeeper. At a glance at the malicious grin on his face or the hard look i his eyes, one might think that he is in fact, one of panem's law enforcers, but they would be wrong. After a second glance, it is easy to see the more youthful aspects of Carver's features.
Carver keeps his hair short, yet not short enough to be called bald. His head is covered in a dark brown fuzz. Bushy eyebrows like catapillers jut above cold, hard hazel eyes. They say that the eyes are the window into the soul. If that is true, then his peers would agree that Carver does not have much of one. His eyes seem at times to be harder the the quarries from which stone is mined.
His ears are somewhat large, but not to the point of looking too big for his head. The same could be said of his nose. A light mustache and beard sprout from his lower face, framing his mouth. His complexion is the light complexion of one who has never had to work in the sun for any extended period of time.
Carver keep himself in shape, though he doesn't throw himself into the gym like many of his peers. He prefers to work out by himself, keeping his frame at it's physical peak without any added input from anyone else.
Like many other teenagers in his district, Carver is considered a career tribute. However, the games do not hold much appeal to his psyche. He sees the games as a one-time chance to inflict pain upon other people. He feels it would be much more valuable to stay out of the games, and become peacekeeper. Then there would be no telling how much pain he could cause.History:
In short, Carver is a sadist. He was the kind of child that pulled the wings off of flies or caught cats and drowned them. Causing pain brings him a delight that not many would understand. Despite his many faults, Carver follows the rules, only acting out when there is no one to see. His tendency of alerting the peacekeepers to deviant behavior has not won him many friends. Though that may be a good thing, as Carver is likely to slyly attempt to break your fingers in even the most friendly of handshakes.
Putting himself before everything else has not left him with much time for a significant other, and indeed, girls tend to shy away from his dark demeanor. There is just something about his predatory smirks that unsettles most people he encounters. Even his own family.

Three generations of male Predd's before Carver were trained as brutal peacekeepers is his home district. It's a family tradition. Carver grew up watching his father beat down those who deserved it, and those who did not. Carver learned to enjoy that, and has a twisted sense of justice. It is his opinion that everyone is guilty of something and needs to be punished.
When he was eleven, Carver found a cat that had gotten into a birds nest and slaughtered the birds young. Abhorred, Carver caught the cat, and judging it guilty of murder, trapped it in a sack and set it on fire. This would only be the first of many situations in which he would appoint himself judge, jury and executioner over the animals he had encountered. It is likely only a matter of time before he begins inflicting such upon his fellow human beings.
Carver's mother is afraid of her only son and tries to keep herself busy and away from her spawn. his father was killed a few years ago in a bar. Apparently, some fool had gotten himself drunk and started a riot in the pub, the basis for this being disapointment in a child for not competeing in the games. The riot had ended in several civilian deaths, and one peacekeeper. Carver's father. it was after that incident that Carver judged everyone to be guilty, whether they knew it or not.
Indeed, he has already begun to keep track of crimes, real, slight, and some imagined of the people around him. To do this he carries a little black book with him wherever he goes. It is Carver's deepest desire to become a peacekeeper when he is of age, it is the only way he can inflict pain without being labeled a psychopath. Because he can't be one. He's the only innocent person in the whole district.
