- Fairly small for his age. More lithe and quick on his feet than anything else.

- Keeps himself clean
- Freckles.
- Marks on his back from a beating by the Peacekeepers after he tripped and ruined an entire display of expensive fruits in the market one day.

- Lazy.
- Troublesome.
- Somewhat unintelligent when it comes to school and book smarts.
- Always laughing.
- Talkative.
- Imaginative.
- Hates the Capitol, but tries to stay positive.
- Doesn't like to work, but he does so to help out his parents and family. Often finds ways to procrastinate.
- Immature.

History:

- Middle class.
- Has a twin sister.
- Parents often spend most of their time working, so he hardly sees them.
- Doesn't do well in school.
- Often talks, interrupts class, and pulls pranks on his teachers for amusement.
- Works picking cotton for the Capitol's garments.
- Hasn't had any relationships whatsoever with girls because he is terribly awkward around them.
