Rovena "got the looks" in her family, something that she takes great pride in. Her dark hair is rarely seen disheveled, even by her standards, and even then it's kept in loose braids. She has a round face and, like much of her district, pale skin and a thin, willowy frame. Most of the time, Rovena won't even leave the house without getting dressed up completely; she's very particular about the way she looks as she takes pride in her appearance more than anything else. Done growing, Rovena is very much on the short side at a meager 5'3", embarrassingly shorter than her twelve-year-old sister.

{ personality }

Always the drama queen, Rovena Mephistopheles has a tendency to overreact and blow things out of proportion. From a young age, she's always been more interested in boys than grades, making her something of an oddity in District Three. Though she goes through boyfriends the way some people go through tissues, she's thoroughly convinced that she's madly in love with each successive one. She can come off as sort of bossy and tends to think that she's right more often than she actually is, which makes her annoying to many — particularly her younger siblings.

Though older by four years to a pair of twins, Rovena never assumed any responsibility for anything. She was twelve when their father was executed, but did nothing step up and help with the bills or the housework, as many children in Panem are expected to. Instead, she spent more time out of the house, chasing boys — though many simply fell at her feet — and gossiping with her catty friends. As she aged, little changed; she largely ignores her family in favor of her preferred extracurricular activity: falling head-over-heels for whoever walks past her next.
