Idea for character: Nevada Roacher, 16, badass street fighter rebel. Stolen from her crib when she was a baby, she was brought up by a band of in-District rebels who called themselves the Killjoys - fighting against the 'joy' of the circus that is held every year in the form of the Games. Nevada fights against all the brainwashed citizens who thinks that the Capitol makes Living in Panem Better ~~reference~~, and along with her band of Killjoys, she battles against forces of evil. Likes wearing a mask, given the nickname 'Little Girl' by the Killyjoys. ~~She'll probably run away to D13 when she reaches eighteen.~~

Idea for character: Meet Jane, a girl who has an album of songs written about her. To be honest, I don't have a lot of specific thoughts left except she was like abused by her dad a bit, got a wrong idea about men, kind of sold herself around and stuff and broke her own heart because of it. However, there was a man who was genuinely in love with her and she just didn't recognize it. Then, because of her ways, she was killing him slowly. Idea for character: MYSTERIOUS ~~AND BEAUTIFUL AND PERFECT IN EVERY WAY.~~ I see him as a very quiet, yet brilliant person. I think he would be the type of person that is under appreciated. By everybody. His parents were always telling him his dreams were stupid and worthless, so naturally it is the only thing he loves. Although he only sings/paints in secrecy because he doesn't want to be yelled at. His reserved exterior makes people think he is nothing special, but if ever somebody gave him a chance he'd surprise a lot of people with his talent and passion.
