Appearance

He has dirty blonde hair. He has brown eyes. He is strong. He has muscles on his arms and chest. He isn't very fast. He has curly hair the curls at the top of his head. If its warm, he wears a t-shirt and jeans and just any shoes he can find. If its cold, he wears a t-shirt, a sweater, a pair of jeans, and any shoes that are warm. If he is going to a party or for the reaping, He wears a button up shirt, a pair of dress pants and a nice pair of shoes.

Personality

Joey has a great personality. He is funny and likes to crack jokes all the time. He is very creative and loves all arts. He is cool and popular, he hangs out with the cool kids at his school. He is hyper and loves to run, even though he isn't very fast. He is very smart and likes to not really use it around kids his age. He is very optimistic, but not too optimistic, he always looks at the good things. Joey is very good with kids, since he works at the orphanage. He is a little kid at heart really.

History

Joey has had a hard life, but keeps happy somehow. When he was about 5 years old, his parents left him at his cousin's house. He is an only child, but he believes his cousins are like brothers to him. He always gets good grades, but the cool kids think he doesn't. He works at an orphanage, every day he goes over to the orphanage after school. He cooks, cleans, teaches, and cares for the kids. He is always picking up their messes. He cares about them so much because he didn't have parents himself.
