Appearance

Jasper is not like any 18 year old boy. He has brown hair that stands up in the front to make a sort of quiff look. He has dark brown eyes. He has white teeth. His nose is straight and slim. His lips are rough and pink. Jasper is muscular from lifting equipment and his genes allowed him to be big. He got the muscle from lifting equipment. He has some arm hair that shows if you see his bare arms. He has bushy brown eyesbrows. He always has a thinking face on because he is always thinking of things. He has bony fingers. His legs are long. He isn't the tallest or the shortest person, he is about average. He does have more muscle than most District 3 people, so he tends to weight a bit more. He is pretty fast, but not fast enough to out run fast people or an animal.

Jasper doesn't have very much outfits, due to being in a poor district. Jasper usually wears a t-shirt or v-neck, Jeans, and sneakers. If it is cold, he usually throws on a jacket over his outfit that he usually wears. If it is reaping day or if he has to dress in nice clothes, he usually wears a nice t-shirt and some jeans, since he is an Orphan. When he wears a jacket, he always pulls the sleeves up to his elbow because he doesn't like his sleeves to be hanging on his forearm. He always wears a watch, that he found one day and worked on it and got it working, so he wears it everyday.

Personality

Jasper has a unique personality that he got from his life. Jasper is smart, he has always been smart. He is always figuring out how to fix things and build things. He is very creative and comes up with new ideas of how to do many different things and how to build or fix many things. He is nice to most people, except people who hate his way of thinking and being smart. He is caring and cares about people, except for people who don't understand his smartness. He is strong mentally. He is quite sad on the inside because his parents took his twin instead of him. He knows he isn't the best at everything.

Jasper has flaws like any other 18 year old who is alive. Since he is caring, people manipulate him into doing what they want him to do. Since he is creative, people don't talk to him because they think he is weird. He is very gullible, which most people use to their advantage. He is very selfish and sometimes will let others get hurt before himself. He is very doubtful and thinks he is a failure when it comes to things he fixes or makes. He is very serious and doesn't make jokes often. He doesn't take things people say to heart though.

Jasper has wishes and dreams like most people, some could come true and some might not. Jasper wishes that he was with his twin brother. He hopes that they will meet one day. He wishes that his parents could have kept both him and his twin. He wants to be a successful inventor when he gets a bit older. He wishes that the Hunger Games aren't real. He wishes that he never became an orphan. He wishes that he had more money because he is barely making it by. He hopes that one day he will meet up with his family again. He hopes that one day he can be free from all the drama and stress of being an orphan.

History

Jasper was born with his twin. His twin and him were complete opposites. He was smart and serious. His twin brother was athletic and funny. Jasper always got the good grades in the family. He was always inventing and building at a young age. When he was 8, his parents went through a huge economic decline and they had to choose one of the twins to keep. The parents like athletic and funny over smart and serious, so they gave up Jasper to the orphanage. At the orphanage, Jasper was a good kid. He helped with everything at the orphanage making him one of the staff's favorites there.

Eventually Jasper was adopted at the age of 12. He was adopted by a seemingly nice family. Then once they got home, they became evil parents and abusive. They would hit Jasper every day. They rarely gave him food. Jasper went through a depression for awhile with the abusive parents. Then one day they went to far. Jasper got injured so bad he had to go to the hospital. The doctors and nurses saw the bruises and cuts and injuries he got from his adopted family. They sent the Peacekeepers after the abusive parents and the parents were arrested. Jasper was taken back to the orphanage at the age of 15.

Jasper was taken back to the orphanage where the staff were happy to see him back. Jasper actually worked there after that since he was of age to work. So they gave him a job in the orphanage. He does get paid, but not a huge amount of money. Its barely enough to keep him alive. Jasper is still at the orphanage and gets good grades and has a job. He also fixes things and builds things as a hobby. He does leave the orphanage to go to the square and see if he can find supplies to build and make things. Jasper is at a happy time, even if he doesn't have his family with him. He has a job, gets good grades, and gets to do what he likes to do. Build and fix.
