Appearance

Percy has a typical look for District 4 male careers. He is about average height and slender, but with some muscle here and there. Percy has dark brown hair that has a bit of a shine to it. He has Blue-gray eyes like the ocean on a stormy day. Percy's chin is quite small. His cheek bones are a bit defined giving him a younger look. His nose is about medium sized. He has average ears. Percy's collar bones stick out from his slender, but muscular body. Percy has rough hands from all the rope tying he does. His feet are quite soft from all the swimming he does.

Percy isn't the richest boy in District 4, but he does get all the clothes that he wants. When its very hot out, Percy wears a tank top and a pair of shorts. If its average temperature, he wears a t-shirt and shorts or jeans. If it is cold out, he will wear a shirt, some jeans, and a sweater. His outfit for the reaping is gray slacks, a white button up shirt, a red tie, and a gray sweater over his button up shirt. Percy has a ring that he wears all the time, its a silver band that was handed down generation to generation, engraved in it is 'Keep moving forward.'

Personality

Percy has a very two faced personality. One is a flirty and leading on side. The other is a fearful and regretful side. His flirty side is the one he shows people most of the time. He always seems to be happy and always trying to seduce girls (Sometimes even males, but those are by accident). He is a very kind person when he is trying to get something, but otherwise he can be a rude insensitive jerk. His other side is fearful and regretful. He doesn't trust people at all from fear of them finding his weakness. He is scared of many things. He regrets most things he does.

He has flaws in his personality too. He has many fears. He has trust issues, fear of rejection, fear of heights, fear of clowns, and the fear of being alone. He is a rude and insensitive jerk to most males. He regrets most of his actions making him always hold onto the past. He is always trying to get into a girls pants which makes his reputation terrible at times. He is known as 'the player' to many people. He is very obnoxious. He is also very vain and likes to check himself out in mirrors.

Percy has many many wishes. He wishes that he still knew his father and had him with him to this day. He wishes his mother hadn't been hurt in the accident that made her crippled. He wishes that he wasn't as evil as most people tell him he is. He wishes that his older brother would not mess with him. He wishes that he could find a girl who can tie him down. He wishes that his family had more money so he would not have to work. He wishes that he isn't as afraid as he actually is. He wishes that he could trust people without getting hurt.

History

Percy as a little boy was a terror. He was always getting into trouble and always getting yelled at. His English and math grades were horrid, only because of his dyslexia. Percy didn't care much about his grade at all until his brother brought home good grades. That's when he tried to do better, but couldn't. So from then on Percy tried beating his brother at stuff and never could.

When he became a teenager, that's when he realized he could beat his brother at something. He could attract more girls than his brother could. So he became the player. That's when his brother started bullying him. One day when he was getting hit by his brother, his father made them stop and he went out with the boys to the main square. They walked around and that's when the boys got lost from their father. The next thing they heard was a gunshot and their father was dead. Percy had cried and cried the next day.

The year he was 16 was a year that had downfalls also. He had been out shopping with his mother. He had been the good brother and helped her with everything. Then he went to go get some vegetables and when he came back she had been pushed on to the floor by some 18 year olds. Percy had been pissed. He fought all three of them. He knocked two out before he had been hit pretty bad by the third and passed out. He woke up with his head hurting and his mom still laid on the ground. He helped her up, but she had a very crippled leg and was limping. He bought her and cane and she uses a cane to get everywhere now.

Percy is still helping his mother and still getting bullied by his older brother. He has always been stuck in the past and its tearing him down.
