It was just another day selling luxuries. Of course It is like this most days. I am half asleep. A few costumers a day, but yet mt dad can mange to stay in business. He can manage anything though. I take a glance around the shop. No one around. I go to the back where my so called house is supposed to be. My dad is in his office. Of course."Dad...""Please son back to work"Weird, because as he says that a costumer walks in.
I walk up to the front desk. A girl. Around my age, if not a year older. She had dark hair, and not very tall either. Her eyes glimmered as she looked around. I will admit she is kind of pretty. I walked up to her."So, do you need anything in particular?"As my dad always said, "Always have a smile." So I did exactly that. I felt like an idiot. But it was just another costumer.
I caught a glimpse of my dad looking into the shop. Not what I wanted. I looked back the costumer. I waited for to respond. I wanted to head back to the desk, but also had the urge to show the girl around."We have any luxury that you need. We have sofas, recliners and..."But I stopped in mid sentence. I hope she didn't notice my dad.
