Don't pretend to know who I am because I'll only prove your wrong. Nobody knows who I am except the people I call my family. I have a large family because it's a gang. Everyone in the gang is my family. Snake and Ivy took me in when my mother died while giving birth to me. I don't even know my real mother's name. I have no idea where my real father is. I hope I never see him again. He's not needed in my life because I have the family that cares for me. I've lived my life in the Tornhell gang learning their ways. I deal drugs with them. I do drugs with them. It's my life, and I don't care what anyone says about me. I've spent several hours, day, weeks, months following Chase, and Nick around learning the ways of dealing drugs. They know who to go to, and I started learning and now, I'm about to deal drugs by myself. Going alone allows me to bring in more money for myself. Saving the money for myself only giving the portion Snake wants back to him. I've been living with them for seventeen years now. My name is Indigo Tornhell, and I'm in the Tornhell gang of District Two.

I lurk in the shadows away from everyone. It's best for nobody to see me. I tend to hide myself from everyone not wanting people to see what I look like. I'm not a pleasant person to stare at. I'm not the handsome man that walks down the street. No, I'm not ugly. In fact, I consider myself handsome, but I don't want people to stare at me because it's rude. Usually, I'll be seen with a black jacket with a hood, a black shirt, a black pair of pants, and black shoes. The hood of the jacket is drawn tight covering my pale face. My dark brown eyes are all that can be seen. It's all I want people to see. Nobody needs to look at me. I don't want to draw attention to myself. I don't want to hear ladies whistling at my handsome body. It's not worth it, so staying hidden is the best way to go. I'm a monster that nobody wants to be around. I'm a creeper that lurks in the shadows. I hide who I am because I don't want anyone to see me. Is it possible to lurk in the shadows forever? Don't look at me when I'm not in the shadows. My pale skin will be blinding

Underneath the hood is a oval shaped face that comes down to an awkward point at the end. The hood hides my features. I have extremely short, dark brown hair. My hair looks almost black. It's cut close to my head. The top of it being slightly longer than the rest. The hair lays flat without me having to do anything to it. It's like I have hat hair all the time. The sides of my hair is buzz cut showing my ears. My ears are like elf ears. They are large, and I hate them. Grant it, I can hear, but I hate how my ears are so large. The bangs of my hair fall down right on top of my eyes. My dark brown, eyebrows are slim, and thin. My almond shape, dark brown eyes fall right below them. The color of my eyes almost match my pupils. My nose is larger than I wanted, and it comes down to a point at the end. The nostrils are huge. I have a pig nose, and I don't like it. Under my nose lies a small mustache that is barely noticeable. My tiny, thin, pale lips are always straight. I never smile because smiling isn't for me. Smiling is for losers.

I'm very pale like I've never stepped out in the sun in my life. The sun can easily roast my skin. My voice is laced with an icy edge with the capability of sending chills down the spine of anyone. "I don't care that you are in pain because it makes me laugh." I don't have those six pack abs that all guys want. I don't want to be one of those show offs. I don't have the pectoral muscles that I see most men walking around with. My chest is bony. My sternum is noticeable. I'm fine being tall and slim. I stand approximately six foot tall, and I weigh roughly one hundred forty pounds. My shoulders aren't broad. My legs are long though making me tall. My calf muscles are formed. I run a lot. I'm built for speed. I'm built to run distances. I run when I'm in trouble which is all the time. My knees are knobby though. I don't care what others think of me because I'm not wanting to please anyone. I don't have to please anyone with my looks. It's not worth my time. I do know that people won't forget me once they see me. I'm not easily forgotten.

Scary, trash, scum, dirt, a good for nothing piece of shit are names I'm used to being called, and it brings great joy to my ears. I love when people think of me this way because it means I've done my job well. I want people to hate me. I want people to stay away from me because I'm not a nice person to be around. I'm not one people want to be around anyway because I don't care about other people. I don't care if a person is hurting. I don't care if they are having the best day of their life. It doesn't matter to me. I'm a monster nobody wants to be around. I don't sympathize with people. I don't even know what that word means. It's not part of my vocabulary. I don't show sympathy or empathy towards anyone not even my own family. If a person is crying, let them cry. Don't bother me with them because it's not going to do any good anyway. I'm not a people person. I'm capable of killing a person without thinking twice about it. I don't care if I bring pain to a person. I won't feel guilty about it. I don't even know what the word guilt is. Guilt is another word that isn't in my vocabulary.

I'm never happy, sad, mad, afraid. I don't show emotions. I don't feel anything. I don't know how to feel anything. I keep my emotions clear. People think they can bring out my emotions, but I know it's impossible. I lurk in the shadows away from everyone not wanting anyone to mess with me. I keep my emotions locked under a key so nobody will never know how I feel. I don't even know how I feel. "You are cold, vial, and cruel. You never care about anyone." Snake reminds me all the time. He's drilled this into my brain ever since I can remember. He wants me to be cold, and I became cold. I'm heartless. Death doesn't effect me the way it effects most people. It's how I was raised. I see death a lot. It's part of being in a gang. "Snake, I'm the child you wanted me to be. I'll do whatever you wish. I don't care what happens because I work for you." It's what he wants me to say. I don't care if I please him. I don't have to please anyone. I don't even have to please myself, so it's best to not stand in my way. I'm on a mission, and that involves me being me.

"Watch out for the quiet ones." I'm sure this has been told to everyone. The quiet people are the ones that everyone needs to keep an eye on. I'm that quiet person. I prefer being out late at night with dark clothes on lurking in the shadows. I'll be in the dark alleys waiting for some innocent person to walk by because I want to bring pain upon someone. I look for those I deem weak because it's easier to mess with them. I look for those who seem gullible because they'll believe anything. It's easier to make money off them. I want them to believe me. When I'm conning someone, I'll make my voice full of truth. I'll lace my voice with innocence trying to let whoever it is know that I mean them no harm. It allows them to fall right in my trap. A trap that I was taught to make by Chase, and Nick. I've followed them around for a long, and I caught on to their ways. When I'm dealing drugs, I keep my eyes facing the ground because I don't want them to see me. I don't want them to run to the peacekeepers. Not that I care, but I don't want to explain problems to Snake. The thought of that makes me shudder slightly.

I was brought into the world seventeen years ago. My mother died while giving birth to me. I have no idea who my father is. I don't know him, and I hope I never know him because he was never around. He's a piece of trash for never coming into my life, but I'll never call him father. If I ever meet him, I'll never acknowledge him as my father because that's not what family does. Family doesn't abandon anyone. Snake is my father, and Ivy is my mother. They adopted me into the family. They took me in because the piece of trash that helped bring me into the world walked away from my mother. I wonder what my mother is like, but I'll never know because she died so I could live. I was adopted into a rather large family. Snake raised me like I was his own child, and I will be forever grateful for it. Chase, my older brother, I look up to him wanting to follow in his footsteps. Tiana, and Allyssa are my sisters. They both know how to carry out my father's wishes. Colin is my younger brother that never does drugs. I'm part of them. I'm Indigo Tornhell part of the Tornhell gang.

It's a dark morning. The moon is hidden by the clouds. The sun hasn't even risen into the sky, I am roaming the streets away from my family. My black jacket is drawn tight around me hiding my features. The hood of the jacket covers my brown hair. My hazel eyes scan the dark streets making sure nobody is following me. The gentle breeze of the morning pierces my skin causing me to be chilled. Despite it being the end of summer, some of the mornings still are chilly. My hands move into my jacket pocket, and my head turns down towards the filthy ground making it nearly impossible to see me. My hands wrap around the drugs I'm hoping to deal to the willing customer. I walk down the back streets where no street lamps exist. Each breath I takes is visible as I exhales forming crystal fog in front of me. I stand there leaning against the wall waiting for anyone to walk by. The first footsteps come soon. Based on the sound it's one person walking with uneven gait. I look up in time to spot a young male walking by me.

"Tell me, what a young kid like yourself is doing out here in this part of the District, by yourself, at night?" I smirk. The young male stops in his tracks and stares at me. "Come here. I have something for you." The words escape my lips as a hiss. Most people would be scared away, but the young male walks over to me. "What do you have?" The young male asks with shaky breaths. It's obvious that he's afraid, that he doesn't trust me. Even I would have problems trusting myself, but that's not what matters now. I reach one of my hands into my pocket and removes the drugs. "This will take all your pain away. It'll make you happy. All you have to do is light it and smoke it." I remove a lighter from my pocket, and the drugs from my other pocket. "Like this." I light it and places it to my lips. The young male watches me with his eyes wide. That will take away all my pain?" He asks as I nod at him. Lying to get what I want is the way to go. "Can I have some?" I look at the young male keeping my facial expressions hidden.

"That will cost you something. I need all the money that you have on you."The young male frantically digs through his pockets before pulling out a large amount of money. "I'm supposed to take this to my grandmother. She needs it, but I want some of that good feeling stuff." I sigh silently. This kid is stupid. He's just retarded, and he's not falling for it. "I need the money; otherwise, I can't give you this." I hiss out with a cold, harsh voice. "But my grandmother is dying." The young male answers with tears forming in his eyes. I don't care that this little kids grandmother is dying. I just wants the money so I can buy and use more drugs. "Listen here kid, if you want this, I need all your money." The kid throws the money at him. He rips the drugs out of my hands and takes off running. "Kid, if you tell anyone you met me, I'll kill you in the worse way imaginable." I pick up the money, and I head back home to give the money to Snake hoping it's what he wanted because I live to please him. He accepted me into the family when I doubt anyone else would have.
