You smirked, looking at District four around you. You had lived here for sixteen years and so far, you couldn't imagine living anywhere else.

What could you say about your appearance, well, for starters, you had some of the brightest blue eyes some had ever seen, most called it the same color as the sky on a cloudless summer day, baby blue. Your hair, well it was brown with streaks of blonde in it that came in naturally during the summer and disappeared in the winter (much to your annoyance). Your lips were thin and kind of pale but they lit up into a flirtatious smile whenever you neared a hot girl. What could you say? You liked girls and a lot of them liked you. You were about 5'11" tall and weighed about 200 lbs. You weren't super strong but you could easily hold your own in a fight. Your arms were lean but strong for swimming, you spent most of your free time swimming because you loved swimming. Anyways, that's off topic.

Under your left eye is a dark spot that stands out especially against your tanned skin. You spend a lot of time outside in the sun, so your skin has become quite dark. It's alright though, you don't mind, it actually makes you look better in your opinion. A fault in your appearance though? That would be your knees, as much as you refuse to admit it, you hate your knees because they're all knobby and definitely not hot in the slightest. Your legs are hairless, the only reason they're like that is because they help you swim and the hair creates drag while you push your body through the waves. Your arms are also hairless, you shave them so you can move through the water effortlessly. Your chest is fairly flat although sometimes, especially during the winter when you don't swim, you gain a bit of fat on your stomach because you still eat as much as during the summer, even though you really shouldn't. You can't help it though.

Usually adorning your body is the minimal amount of clothes you need. A pair of board shorts and usually, when you're on the beach, no shirt. Although while wandering around the district, it's not like you can walk around shirtless so you cover up with a tank top or a t-shirt. On your feet, while on the beach, are no shoes but in the district, you usually wear either a pair of sandals or flip flops. Other than that, there isn't really much else to tell you about what you look like. Let's find out what you're like.

So what are you like? Well, to the girls, you're a serious flirt and love attention. Towards guys, well, you're cool. You've got some bro's who you rely on a lot when it comes to sports and stuff. Speaking of sports, you love sports. Swimming, running, anything athletic and you're all for it. You're not really one for the books though, you'd rather spend your days out in the sun than inside reading books. During the winter months, however, you don't really have much choice unless you want to go and practice at the academy with a trident or something.

You love fire, it's your favorite thing (apart from swimming) and you love to watch the flames engulf a piece of paper and the way it curls black like a flower curling open. You love the feeling of fire in your hands, able to control and manipulate it but you know how dangerous it is. You've been burned a few times but you haven't let that stop you. You also know the destructive power of fire, you've watched in horror as a grass fire got out of control and burned a home to the ground. Since that day you've learned to be a lot more cautious when playing with fire. Usually you do so on the beach where you can easily throw the paper into the water or you can bury it in sand so that the fire goes out.

You're afraid of the dark. You won't admit it to anyone because that would make you weak. You've been afraid of the dark since you were little. You would never admit it to the girls you like to hand out with though. You're also afraid of small spaces because you're claustrophobic. You hate small spaces, they make you feel like you can't breathe and that you're going to panic. Thankfully, in district four, there aren't a lot of small spaces for you to get stuck in. (Although, you've been stuck in the closet before, that wasn't fun in the least). You'd never admit that either. Anyways, now lets move on to your history, that's the interesting part.

Your history? Well that part is complicated. You see, you're part of one of the biggest families in District four; the Vespoli's. Although you're a cousin to the family, you're not very familiar with your cousins. A lot of your childhood was spent away from the family, playing on the beach and swimming. You only recently learned about your big family. Before that, you had no idea your family was so big. Now that you know, you still don't really know your family because your parents weren't really close with the rest of the family. You knew you had Vespoli in your last name but you never understood why. You just assumed it was because of your parents, your father was a Vespoli while your mother was a Quinn. You don't have any siblings but you definitely have lots of cousins.

Your father, Eric Vespoli, is a fisherman who has been fishing since he was a little kid. His parents died in a horrific fire that killed both of them. After the fire, your father had to learn to fend for himself. He learned to fish and feed himself. When he was 17, he met your mom, Melena Quinn, and the two of them fell in love. Your mother was a seamstress and came from a relatively well off family. She fell in love with your father (although sometimes you question her decision) and the rest is history. You personally get along a lot better with your mother because she understands your fear of the dark and why you do some of the things you do. She knows what it's like to not know your place in the world and tries to help you along. Your father would rather see you in the academy training than flirting with all the girls and even though you don't always like to train, you'll admit you probably should. You'd rather not die in the games.

You have a pet weasel named Dylan who you've had since you were only a few years old. You like Dylan because he's different, unique. A unique pet that the girls go crazy for. They love the fact that Dylan is different from the cats and dogs, plus you love to dress him up in little costumes that your mother makes for him because she thinks it's so cute.
