I was made to grow up quickly. I'm a bastard, or so I'm told. As the name suggests, my father is a Drummond and my mother a Porter. I live with her, thankfully. I don't mind being illegitimate, it's not something that bothers me. I am my own person, and if I wasn't meant to come into this world then the world's going to have to go out of its way to get rid of me. I would almost say I'm proud to be a bastard. It's made me tougher, more mature and more level-headed. It's better than being a spoon-fed first born who's never had to lift a finger in his life.

My brother was spoiled. That was his downfall. He was rotten. He decayed from the inside, threw tantrums like a little child. That's what Wednesdae was - A child. I'd say that I'm more of an adult than he ever was, most people who know me would agree. Wednesdae (I hate it when people call him Wes - I'm Wes!) had OCD, this was true. He had something wrong with him and his egotistical god complex drove him off the edge. He was a brutal murderer and tarnished the name Drummond. I'm glad I have Porter to clean up my reputation - I see the way Wes' whore mother and my grubby father are treated by people in Nine. They're ridiculed. Slated. I don't want that - I've never wanted to be associated with that.

I'm a proud kid. I have morals, standards. I stick to them. If I make you a promise I'll keep it - That's a promise. I work on an "If you're nice to me, I'll be nice to you" lifestyle. I can be the most polite guy in the world if you treat me right, but if you say something out of line then boy can I be nasty. People say I get my temper from Wednesdae, but Wednesdae was sick in the head. No, my temper comes from my Father. He beats me, like he used to beat Wednesdae. I suppose when I get angry I vent my frustrations. It's unfair, really.

I like to keep myself clean and tidy. It's paramount to my job. I'm a waiter at the local grub shack - I say waiter, more like a runner who grabs dirty dishes from the table and quickly cleans up before the next customer sits down. It's nothing big, and the pay is crap, but it's something. The staff treat me good 'cause I'm so little and I think they feel sorry for me. I don't like charity, but the money is needed.

My mother is the kindest, sweetest woman in the world. She owns Porter Potteries, a booming business on the rise in Nine. I help her out all I can, even if I'm not the best at clay work. I clean the workshop, deliver and serve customers. This is all in addition to my weekend job at the grub shack. I'm a busy bee - That's what she calls me. Her busy bee. I don't know what I'd do without her. She's my rock. She's everything my Father isn't. The best part is, she loves me for who I am and not what I am.

People say I look like Wednesdae, which is untrue. Wednesdae and I both look a lot like our father. I try to do all I can to not look like them. My hair is short and dark, whereas Wednesdae's was long, thick and blonde - Just like our Fathers. I like to look an individual and not be seen as a Drummond. I wear my waiting clothes a lot of the time, but when in Mother's workshop I wear a white apron. I'm so busy that I don't often have time to keep myself clean - I often find myself covered in clay when I go to bed. I do always make sure that I'm tidy for when I'm doing my weekend job, though.

I am not Wednesdae Drummond. I hate the creep, always did. If anyone associates me with him they're going to find themselves on the wrong end of a red-hot temper.
