Karaoke Night (Will, Emsrocks, Yoya)

So many questions are being thrown at me, and not a single one of them makes sense. Nobody understands what's going on. Nobody understands the pain I live with every single day of my life. They want to watch me change shirts, but I won't allow it. I'm not going to allow anyone to see the scars that cover my torso. It might give them the knowledge they need to know about situation. They may understand that I was burnt, but it's not worth going through the pain again. I look at the people. They all seem very nice, and it's amazing because normally, I won't talk to people. I prefer to be left alone without any fear. I don't know if anyone knows my secret. I live with a secret every single day, and I'll never tell anyone until my last breath. I plaster a smile onto my face because I don't want anymore questions about who I am to be thrown at me. I'm done with them. I'm done answering questions about my life especially to people I barely know. I've only met them tonight at the bar, and it's like they want to figure out my entire life story.

"I can't thank you all enough for your help."I keep my voice quiet trying to hide the hoarseness that grows inside. "I must look like a total fool." I can feel the adrenaline spike as it pulses through my veins. It's hard to contain my excitement for some reason. I don't know why I'm excited. I don't know why I'm happy, but I hold it down. I don't want any questions to be asked. "Can you go home, or should we all party it up in some abandoned barn?" Going to an abandon barn would be fun. It would be amazing, but would it be worth it? Would it be worth the possible run in with the peacekeepers? Yeah, I think it's worth it. I take a deep breath and look at them as the adrenaline continues surging through me. It's amazing to be around people that aren't judging, well, I think they aren't judging because they haven't judged me yet, and that means a lot. Most people would have laughed at me from what happened, but they were helpful. "Yeah an abandon barn, what could possibly go wrong?" I almost chuckle as I speak, but I manage to hold it down.

I'm having fun for the first night in a long time despite the fact that I vomited everywhere. I'm out of the house away from my drunk father. I don't like him for being drunk. I don't how he constantly throws up because I'm stuck cleaning him up because I want to keep him presentable. "Guys," The guy with us speaks out. His voice startles me. "We probably want to start moving." I don't know what's going on, but he's gone before I can say another word, and shots are fired as well as screaming. I look in the direction opposite of the way he's running, and I spot the peacekeepers. Lots of them moving in our direction. My eyes widen in fear. The one thing I wanted to avoid today is being chased by peacekeepers. My legs start moving before I can even think or say another word, and I'm running away from them. I'm running in fear of being publicly humiliated again. I don't want anything to happen to me. I can't be caught. I can't leave my father alone. He needs me to go on. He needs me to be strong. He needs me, and I need him. We're all each other has.

I'm running as fast ask can watching everyone else run around me. My feet are carrying me as fast as they can, but it doesn't seem fast enough. Mass chaos fills me fueling my veins as I try to keep up. I've never been one to run, and I never want to run. Flashes of people running around me as their flesh is being burnt off. The smell of it fills my nose. I fight to push the visions away because I can't afford to be careless right now. I can't afford to lose focus right now. I must keep going. I shake my head as one of them mentions something about a direction, but Charlie jumps to the front and takes another direction. My heart pounds under my chest. I've never been stuck in a situation like this where I've been forced to run from the peacekeepers, and I never wanted this to happen because I know how much it would disappoint my father, and that's the last thing I want to do.

I start following the directions of Charlie and the other guy, who's name currently flees my mind. I'm run ing through alleys in the depths of district six. I'm trying to keep up. I want to keep up, but I don't know if I can. My lunge gasp for air as my heart races. Adrenaline starts surging through my veins. I lean my head forward trying to fight the exhaustion through my body. I must keep going, and I know I need to move on. I swing my arms faster and faster trying to make my legs move. I can hear the shouts of peacekeepers behind me demanding me to stop, but I don't. Stopping would be the death of me. It would leave me an open target as the others get away, and maybe that's what they need. I turn down another alley keeping my eyes open for the others when I see a huge fence before me. My arms drop to my side as my feet cease to move. "I'm not going over that fence."

I bring my head to my knees as I stare at the fence. Caine climbs over the fence hurrying me and Charlie's sister over. I keep shaking my head no. I don't want to climb it. I'm terrified of heights, and that fence doesn't look stable. I hear the shouts of peacekeepers behind me, and I know I don't have much if a choice. If I stay on this side of the fence, I'm going to get shot. If I climb over the fence, we can put some space between us and wherever we are running. I shake my head as I place my hands onto the fence. Fear pulses through me like liquid fire burning my veins setting my entire body. A loud scream escapes my lips filling the air surrounding me. I try to climb the fence staring into the sky. I don't want to look down. I reach the top of the fence when I hear the shouts of peacekeepers from behind me. I swing one leg over the fence when a gun is fired, and another scream feels the air.

Face first I fall face first onto the ground. Pain feels my entire body. Tears fill my eyes as I land on my stomach knocking all the wind out of me, and it happens so fast. I'm back in the burning building as smoke is filling my lungs. I'm unable to move. I'm unable to scream for help. The screams of the people being burnt alive fills my insides as I fight to get a breath. Sweat runs off my brows I fight to move. I'm trapped unable to move. Nobody can help me because it'll be too risky. My father flashes before my eyes replacing the burning building. He needs me to be strong. He needs me together away from this alive. My right foot feels like it's on fire, and another scream escapes from deep within. "Damn it mother fucking son of a bitch. Fucking shit. Damn you assholes. Damn you all." Anger from the pain fills me. I try to get to my feet, but the pain is too much to bare. I tumble back down to the ground. "Go on! Leave me here! Just get out! Get your self to safety!"

Fire shoots through my foot lighting my entire body on fire. Tears roll down my face uncontrollably. The world spins in circles around me as the light turns to gray. My heart races under my chest as an iron hand clenches my throat making it impossible to breathe. Screams continue to erupt from my mouth spewing into the air like a volcano gone wild. The only worse pain I've ever experienced in the world is the flames that danced across my torso, down my throat changing my life forever. Blood splatters onto the ground pouring from the gaping hole in the center of my foot. Loud roars rage in my ears deafening me worse than I already am. Sweat pours from my brow mixing with the tears as arms sweep under mine dragging me off my feet preparing me to move on. Adrenaline pulses through my veins forcing every muscle in my body to shake as the pain is slowly becoming masked.

"Fuck this bullshit. Fuck those assholes. Let them die in a hole. They can all go to hell. Let those bastards die. Fuck them all. Fucking bullshit. Those sons of bitches can die." My voice laced with anger as I'm dragged down a road following Caine. It's impossible to control what happens to myself. People forcing me to do things against my will just like always. It would be nice if they just left me alone allowing me to stay behind for them to get away. They wouldn't do that for me though. They picked me up and carried me away. I wouldn't dare say anything towards them though because they are trying to help me when it would be best fro them to move on without me. I'm just a danger waiting to happen. My luck is horrible, yet they don't care. They want me to be with them, and I'll allow them to stay that way.

They drag me down the way following the other guy until he shouts for us to follow him into a building. Tears continue to pour down my face as another loud scream flows into the air. Nothing compares to the pain of a bullet flying through the bones shattering everything within the way. I don't know what's going to happen because the fear of death floods my veins. The peacekeepers could find us again, and this time it could be my death. Is that what this group wants? For me to die? I turn to face them wondering what will happen. I want to walk on my own, but I doubt it's even possible. "I need a place to relax for a moment and check out what those mother fuckers did to me. I just need to rest for a few moments." I take a deep breath before placing my bad foot on the ground which was a huge mistake.
