The Prestige [Fear Through the Eyes of District 1]

If any gang could be described as prestigious, the Prestige would be the one. They are reputable for their ruthlessness. It is an ongoing turf war between the Prestige and their rivals, the Untouchables, both of which claim about half the district as their own.

Lead by Sirius Amory, the Prestige are among the top crime syndicates in all of District 1--possibly in all of Panem.

Committees
Committees are special units with designated tasks within the Prestige. Not all members are on a committee.

• Sentries – Maintain Prestige territory, report suspicious activity. Patrol areas.
  
• Security Department – Subunit of the Sentries. In charge of defenses around Prestige HQ.
  
• Intelligence Agency – Gather knowledge and report back before tasks. This may be anything from blueprints of enemy HQ to the location of traps in a target building to good places to hide as a last resort.
  
• Technology Development – Research and create new technologies for use by the Prestige. Only a select few fall into this category.
  
• Recruitment Office – In charge of obtaining new members and placing them in a committee if applicable.
  
• Special Operations – This covers all people with special tasks and talents that don't fall under any category.
