Birthdays were nothing more than age finally catching up, but Vali wanted to celebrate the boy who had the Allfather's blessing. An eye for knowledge, she could see how their fates are destined to intertwine in some way. There's a lot of thing she wished she could have said to him, but there's no time for that in the capitol. Instead, she spent her time in the garden looking for the right herbs. A bundle of the best for someone getting older; an enjoyable experience she'd gotten from underneath the Peacekeepers eyes. They didn't blink where she'd collected the cannabis for them. Don't ask her how she got it, but she managed to convince them to let her take it for Lucky's birthday. The capitolites understood a little bit of fun before all of them would become enemies to one another.
As she approaches dressed into her swimsuit, having added a beautiful flowy over robe, she steps into the place taking a glance around as she notices a number of tributes already partying. She's a tad bit late, but she doesn't mind being fashionably late for this. A smile on her lips as she approaches Hal and Lucky, who's showing off the gift he got Lucky. Vali approaches with a calm demeanor as she approaches. "A beautiful piece of work, Hal. Worthy enough for the gods, you're a lucky man, Lucky." A giggle as she realizes her joke, she continues. "Must be where your name comes from." Stepping to the side, she lets herself take in the pool and everything else.
Holding up the cannabis, she smiles as she yells out to everyone. "I brought a treat for everyone. An experience if you will. A gift of sight from the gods above. Meet me under the gazebo if you want some! Lucky gets first smoke!" Waving the bundle upwards, she moves to the gazebo and starts to set up her spot for others to come. There's already a pleasant celebratory vibe going on. She might as well add to the good vibes. It's their last hooray before the chaos of the gods. There's not much she can give other than some comfort and joy. A soft smile as she watches rolling up the first few joints.
