Rooftop

The rooftop of the Training Center remains largely unchanged, save for the forcefield that now surrounds the building. Tributes are welcome to explore the Gardens that still bloom with various exotic plants and greenery, or can rummage between the solar panels that power the Training Center. Or, they can simply gaze out to the distance and catch the hungry-eyed Capitolites that might be staring back at them.
