Elliot "Lee" Bronson -- Peace Keeper (FINISHED!)

Please list any distinguishing features: Elliot has a very slight frame that is in direct opposition of her strength. Though she appears elfish and lithe she has extreme muscle tone and very little body fat. Most other Peace Keepers do tend to tower over her but she has never had any problem keeping up with them. Her hair is cut short making her nearly indistinguishable as female once her uniform is on. The only tell tail signs are the slight curves that jut forward the breast plate and the gentle sway of her hips as she walks the formation with the others.

Her hands are petite and the nails rounded and kept. Even though she is an enforcer of the laws of Panem, Lee still holds on to the wisps of femininity that she can have on her time off. Lee’s eyes are large and wide set giving her elfish sweet appearance even more backing. It is hard to believe that someone as soft and fresh as she is would be a hardened enforcer. Pulling full lips into a broad and alluring smile shows her white teeth however both of her upper front teeth seem to be larger than the rest. There are several scars running along the side of her neck down her back past her right hip from an accident during training (notes following in history of peacekeeper’s service) .

Peace Keeper Bronson’s appearance should not hinder her from further jobs in our service. In fact I feel her looks could be used to infiltrate and disarm people before her more vicious side appears.




Personality and Acceptance of Authority:

There have been several reports of Peace Keeper Bronson’s more vicious side. She seems to have a penance for extreme discipline and does not tolerate even the slightest infraction of the law without some form of punishment. The spritely outward appearance hides a hardened disciplinarian. I feel she would do well to serve in the Detention Center or as head of a peace keeper core in one of the more lax districts to bring them up to par. There is no doubt that her smile hides the darker side we look for.

With other peace keepers she is known to be friendly, self-confidant, and quite focused on her job. She takes pride in knowing her service will keep our great nation strong for years to come. There is no fear in her eyes as she sits before me answering brief questions about mission she has been on, she seems to love her job and is very comfortable taking direction. Though there must be something in her that took her down this path. I see no notes in her last review to go on but I feel she is hiding something. No one is a perfect peace keeper. No one.

As I asked her about three things she feels best define her and her work with our core she responded: “I am determined, well disciplined, and strong.” When I asked her what the three things she felt she needed to work on were she responded: “I sometimes take things too far. I enjoy the feeling of the whips and pistols in my hands too much. I need to work on self-control.” Part of me feels that her training in the Nut was far too lax with their willingness to push self-control onto new trainees. I feel letting her be open to take things where they need to go would be in the best interest of Panem and the District she is sent to.




History:

While reviewing Peace Keeper Bronson’s file I figured I would transcribe some of her past history to keep it up to date. Elliot “Lee” Bronson was born in District 2 to a set of young teenagers who were not prepared to care for a child. Soon after birth her mother placed her up for adoption to an older couple who could not have their own children. She spent her child hood in relative comfort living with the Bronson’s for 15 years. She had no extreme difficulties, no need for anything, nor was she ever reaped or required to take extra tesserae for The Hunger Games. She did however show a side that was determined and focused in her training as a career. She excelled in exercises that required dexterity and precision. Being able to stretch and move into small or confining spaces without fear or pain was her main talent and she was soon taught the skill of knife throwing to compliment her with a more dangerous skill.

She spent years in training not really hoping that she would be reaped, but more hoping she’d get the chance to take out the pain of being abandoned out on someone. From what we have gathered she has a deep seeded resentment of people who do not follow authority, feeling that all rules must be followed. At age 15 her adoptive father passed away and she felt drawn to do something with her life. Instead of fearing the peace keepers she told us that she always felt like their discipline and focus was something she wanted to do with her life. At age 18 after surviving the Reapings she enrolled at the academy to train and excelled in most things. However feeling self-conscious about her small frame and girlish features she decided to shave her head in an act to show her commitment to the Force. Since then she has kept her hair short.

4 years of training and small missions have passed and we have only had two reports of demerits, both being fighting with other cadets, we feel that Lee was provoked and was only defending herself as both aggressors were older males and her reports state that they approached her a in a sexual manner and she responded with violence. We have had no complaints with her service outside of the centralized incidents and both were handled without resistance from Peace Keeper Bronson as she was transferred Districts. Since then we have have hear nothing but praise about her services in Districts 3, 7, 11, and most recently District 10.


Hopefully she can continue to prove herself when she is so far beyond her comfort zone. I do feel that her strengths lie in leadership and would like to see her continue her work for Panem without a question.
