Name: Devyn Lindsay Wheaton

Appearance:

-blonde
-slightly past shoulder-length hair that goes all over the place
-5'3"
-round face
-worried about figure not for weight issues but for neatness and making sure everything's in place (despite fact that nothing stays in place)
-thin eyebrows (once picked them all out because they weren't perfect)
-pale skin due to remaining underground.

Personality:

-stickler for rules
-loves routines especially (fits in to D13' scheduling very nicely)
-despises people who are often late
-likes things to be neat
-often irritated by people in general (because they're messy or don't follow rules)
-worries about Jace constantly and loves him (but would never show it)
-also worries about mother's state of mind

History:

-twin sister of Jace
-knows about father (thanks to snooping)
-excelled in school because she put effort in
-never really rebelled (except once but she immediately regretted it after the trouble)
