Appearance:

Charlotte is quite a bit disproportionate. Her legs and arms are long, and gawky, adorned with scabby knees and elbows. Her torso is short, with the basic curves. She has a spine that is slightly curved inward, hardly noticeable, but making bending down a little bit painful. Her small quick hands are red, and raw from being used daily. She has generally tan skin, but a sunburned face and shoulders.

Charlotte's face is of an average oval shape, with not much cheeks. Her cracked, pursed lips are almost a shade of purple, and resemble a fish's lips. Her teeth are straight, but small like baby teeth. Her nose is smooth, and pointy, with thin nostrils. Set above her nose, wide-spaced, are her eyes, sky-blue with long, thick eyelashes. Her curved, thin eyebrows give off the impression that she is scowling.

Her face is quite accustomed to pimples, but most likely they are blackheads that line her nose, and cheeks. She usually has purple bags under her eyes, and when she smiles, which is unlikely, crow's feet form there too. Her hair is long, and flowing, the only feature of her body she could describe as beautiful. Dark brown that could be confused as black, the thin hair has long waves, that fall just above the end of her ribcage. She takes great pride in her hair, making sure it isn't the slightest messed up, and is seldom frizzy.

Personality:

Charlotte is one of those, you-leave-me-alone-I-leave-you-alone types. Due to her tall, lankiness, and scowling face, she looks a bit intimidating, and is usually avoided. Charlotte doesn't mind at all. She doesn't particularly enjoy the company of others, and can be quite rude when confronted with someone. She has little patience.

Charlotte is very skillful and quick with her hands. She can't bend down to work, so she sits or stands, working on smaller projects, usually weapons or inventions. She can make anything, quickly, and efficiently, and likes to show these accomplishments off by selling them. She loves making things, it is a passion of hers, and is a little more amiable when she is making something, as long as she isn't completely disturbed.

She has a very clean record, having never committed a crime. However, she has a deep hatred for Peacekeepers, whom she feels to have little appreciation for her prized creations, breaking them or demanding new ones, again and again. She has many pet peeves, ranging from long lines, to her food being cold. One of her pet peeves is people who have no respect for her projects, and Peacekeepers fall, heavily, under that category. She likes to keep to herself, keeping her from taking action, but she would never pass up a chance to teach anyone who disrespects her a lesson.

She doesn't have much of a temper, at all. In fact, she's quite cool-headed and calm. However, when she is tested or confronted with one of her pet peeves, she can be quite malicious, and cruel. Not in an angry way, more like an annoyed, impatient sort of way. Nonetheless, Charlotte can be extremely mean.

History:

Charlotte grew up with her grandparents, and her younger sister. You could say most of her impatience came from looking after her whiny little sister, and her grandparents with hearing loss, and you'll be right. For as long as she could remember, Charlotte has lived with these three people. She might have had parents sometime in her life, and maybe another sibling, but she had never cared enough to ask, and that suited her just fine. She took to locking herself in her room, or finding somewhere outside to work on her inventions and weapons. Working on these projects often calm her mind and give her time to think.

At age 11, she was already known as a skilled inventor in school, and her woodworking teacher asked her to make things from him. She obliged, and he showed these creations to other people, who asked Charlotte about making something for them too. Charlotte, of course, said yes, and kept doing this, until she realized she could easily make a living doing this, which she now does.

When she was about 13, she was often confronted by a Peacekeeper, whom she was unsure of name-wise, demanding new weapons. He'd often come back again and again, complaining about some flaw in her invention, and asking for a new one, having broken the last one. Thus began Charlotte's hatred of Peacekeepers and those who didn't care a thing about her inventions.

Charlotte spends most her days working, and working. She earns her money this way, and is known for it. She is also known for her lack of social activity, and is thought to be somewhat of a hermit. District 7 is another one of her pet peeves. She dislikes the fact that she has to sell her beautiful inventions to make a living, and often dreams about a day when she can live out alone, not having to care about anyone, and work on her inventions.
