Round 1: Linnaea vs Brody [91st Spar]

Every tribute has a breaking point. A moment where their minds push past the point of no return. Pacifists become killers. Killers become monsters. And even the most logical tributes lose all rationale. Saber Bancroft wanted to find these tribute's limits. What more is there to the games than to create stories and find bloodshed to inspire the populace. Panem deserved better storylines and the most thrilling games possible. Saber would make sure they provide. As he stands at the side, a heavy smile pulling at his lips as he calls in the next two into their sparring room.

Linnaea from Three is a strange one. She's given him not a whole lot to work with in regards to stories, but he knows of a few that'll make an occult following to someone like Linnaea from Three. Memories of his own mentor's games flashing through his head. Linnaea reminded him of Adelaide from games past, but there was a difference still in her. Saber wanted to see what more he could find out as strange as it was. As for her opponent, Brody from Five is much more interesting to him in the long run. Unafraid of a fight. They'd all watched him punch a guy at the reaping and rumors of his happenings have already filled the capitol. What better way to find out what these two strange tributes have in them than to watch them fight. Either outcome would lead to an interesting conclusion and he wanted to see it happen.

Stepping forward, he lets his voice ring out. "There will be no second chances in this tournament. First one to knock the other down wins." The taste of excitement fills his chest as he steps back. His words continue to drift through the air. "Feel free to pick any weapon you desire. Medical teams will be waiting." There's a certain uneasy tension that always fills the room before a spar.
