1st Tribute related to a Past Tribute in Forgotten Meadow

The first tribute in the Forgotten Meadow with a sibling who’s been in the games will find themselves walking along a path of chrysanthemums, each flower wilting as you walk past. They lead you down a path deeper and deeper into the meadow itself. You eventually reach a corpse where chrysanthemums grow from it. Each of them wilting and growing back again, over and over. You will find a number of items resting next to this corpse.
