I couldn't resist coming back to the district twelve suite. I may have only been here a short amount of time, but I need some sort of familiarity while I contemplate everything that's been happening. I ran into Nessa earlier and while I didn't express it to her, I'm shaken by how close I came to killing her. To make it home, I know blood will have to be spilt, yet clinging to my way of life before is what will help make my descent into a monster that much easier to cope with.
The exhaustion I feel from searching for stuff has hit me, but I keep going. One moment of sleep could mean a knife in my back. Will I ever be able to summon the will to kill knowing I have loved ones at home watching? I shake my hear while looking around for something, anything, to use.
