And to prove how confident she was in the brand she'd worn just a beige bodysuit with a sheer beige cape. Little poms with diamond specks completed the outfit.

The crowd chuckles appreciatively. She smirked at Romeo Ford. That he'd said yes to attending made her think she had this whole election in the bag. "So, you all know why you're here tonight: to buy lots and lots of bodysuits." A few tuts and cheers. "But, seriously. Once you've maxed your credit cards and you're so in debt that you're bored, you can read the super detailed, very exact campaign pamphlet that my manager put together. And rest assured all of the donations that plunged you into poverty are being well spent. I have a vision: of the Capitol dressed in power neutrals, of blank canvas hallways, of a future with a beige filter."

There's only a smattering of applause. They can't possibly see what she sees which is why she's the only one in attendance in the corner of a private gallery wearing a nearly sheer bodysuit. They can't see yet but she's going to teach them.

Capricous raises her perfectly matched glass of champage, winking at Wally as she scans the crowd. "So like, drink up, bitches," and for the first time all evening she smiles. "And vote Capricious King!"
