In the books it mentions that Capitol Citizens often visit the past Arenas. I think it would be very cool if a new sub-board was set up on the past Arenas for Capitolites to post in. They could make tour guide characters that give other characters tours. There could also be a museum/zoo thing with all of the mutts.

I think it wouldn't be too hard to set up a sub-board; however, you'll have to get the opinion of a ~~real~~ staff member. That'd be fun though! ^^

I think it's a pretty fabulous idea. ~~OMR, more subboards! I love writing those! :D~~ It'd not just be neat, but also another thing for people who ~~are like me~~ have trouble coming up with ideas for threads to do, or (better yet!) to be inspired by. Not to mention that having tour guides opens up a career option for Capitolites beyond style-related stuff. Plus it's another ~~excuse~~ reason to write about mutts. <3 ~~Oh, and we could have mutts break out from the zoo sometimes and try to ravage people! Such fun!~~ The one issue could be the 55th Arena- it's all water now... maybe helicopter flights over the water? ~~And people falling out into the whirlpool <333~~

I think random mutt breakouts would be hilarious. I would make a character specifically to get mauled by a mutt or fall into the whirlpool. The breakouts would also let staff RP the mutts not RPed in the Games. I love the way you guys can RP the mutts.
