So, I was thinking. (A rare moment, I know.) Everyone here obviously likes books. At least, to a certain extent. Plus, we all have at least one type of book in common. So, maybe we should have a sub-board in the District Square to suggest books. It will open everyone to new cool things, and some of the books might give ideas for new detailed characters and places to have threads. Things like that. I just thought it would be a nice thing that isn't required. Also it would give people who read loads of books a way to suggest them to others. (Personally, I can't share most of the books I read with my friends at school because I read books ahead of my level. Based off the posts and details I've seen on this forum, I think that might be the same for a lot of people here.) Thanks for reading this!

I rather like this idea. I too can't share much books with my friends, not because of the level, but because they just don't like books. However, on this site, we obviously all like books, otherwise we wouldn't be on this site so much
I think it would be awesome to have a sub-boards in DS, just like Writing, but call it Reading or something.

Aya is completely right - a new sub-board would simply clog the site. A book suggestion thread was created a few months ago, but nobody replied to it. Imagine ten or twenty of those threads, sitting around not being looked at, let alone replied to. The District Square covers most subjects.
