Quint 'Scamp' Anderson: District 12

Quint has shaggy, unkempt brown hair that flattens itself out into a natural bedhead in the morning. Being in District 12, he was raised with barely any food to get by and has remained relatively skinny ever since. Isolated in the mines have diminished his tan that he grew out during his childhood and shifted him over to the pale side of the chain. Working around pick axes and lifting bunches of coal has blessed him with unimaginable strength for somewhat of his age. And stature. The year that a young Haymitch Abernathy took the Hunger Games with a strong earned victory. From that day, he has resented Haymitch and can't even stand to hear his name. His father died in a small mining accident 6 years before, though it was nothing major to the District, seeing as his family was pretty much unknown. In order to provide food to his family, he continues to work in the mines with his 2 remaining brothers.
