haley: When you start a thread but can't finish it, please put that it's a WIP post on top and write some of the post on it. Otherwise, it looks more like a OOC post.

@vivid: It's a part of the rules (if not this one but the last ones) that we don't OOC (out-of-character) post solely. Please take it to PMs for that. If you're going to do something OOC in an IC (in-character) thread, please have a legitimate IC post with it. I understand that there was nothing there to write to, but please take it to PM, then.
