Staff Search #2-Please read for specific details

Hello all.
As this site grows, it is becoming harder for just the six of us to manage all this madness. And I know that THG is quickly growing more and more popular, so we can predict more site growth in the future.
Which brings us to the point: we need some more help.
Now this is not going to be just a normal staff search. Right now we are NOT looking for moderators, Global mods, and the like. We're set with those for right now. We are looking for different kinds of staff members that will specialize in the following areas:
Member relations-
Duties:
-Help new, confused members and answer any and all general site-related questions.
-Attempt to get in touch with inactive members that are necessary for the games and such.
-Make people feel welcome.
Qualities:
-Good disposition, always, towards everyone.
-Active. The more so the better.
-High tolerance for noobs.
-Patience. Lots of patience.
-a certain amount of intelligence and the ability to navigate the site well enough to help others with whatever they need to know
-Chatty is a good thing. They have to be super friendly.
Librarian-
Duties:
-Cataloging (i.e. making lists, keeping records, etc.)
-Updating character directory. (The rest of the staff will help with that occasionally, but it will mainly be work for the librarian)
-The soon to be released tessera system. This will be explained first to whoever we choose for the job, and then to the rest of the site. It's sort of complicated, but nothing a fairly intelligent person can't handle.
Qualities:
-Organized. This is a must. We want to be able to count on a librarian to keep everything in order.
-Good with lists.
-Consistency, because the librarian will have to update the Character Directory on a regular basis.
-Activity, because again, updating character directory must be done regularly.
I'd also like if the person knew very basic JavaScript and had some minimal HTML skill, that way there's less explaining for me to do later. If not, it's not a big deal, though. -Aya
If some of that is confusing to some of you, don't worry. We'll explain everything in depth to whoever we pick for the jobs, and we promise we won't leave you in the dark. So don't be scared to apply, even if you don't think you understand everything yet. We encourage everyone to give it a shot, even if you think you might not have some of the qualities we listed for the jobs.
