The tribute would say in an OOC note that they step down or wouldn't post any response at all and get kicked out of their position when the deadline rolls around (that's tuesday.) After that, some staff member (most likely me) will post on the threads that need volunteers and announce that the particular spot is open. Then anyone is free to volunteer.
