District 6 - Dice's final words to Lacey

If you read Dicentra Gamber's death post, you will notice that he said something about a syndicate. Basically, him and his best friend, Lacey, made something like a gang for children. The only way you can enter the gang is through invitation.
Basically, the gang will become full of thieves from district 6, all children. People who are in the gang are usually so poor, they need to steal food to put it on the table for their families. Other people that'd like to join are people who just like to steal or who wants valuables for themselves.
Other then stealing, the syndicate likes to make small vandalism crimes, like graffiti or breaking windows.
So basically, Lacey needs friends now that Dice is gone. Any takers?
