How the Careers Stole Christmas [d2]

Going through each of the bios, this is what I've got so far for characters:

The Grinch: Ares Elder [Aya] because he's crafty, manipulative, poor (especially for D2) and very bitter — as long as your characters wouldn't mind taking orders from a fifteen-year-old.
Max: As of right now, I've got Peyton in this slot because you requested it, Max, but personality-wise based on her bio she seems like too nasty and too self-centered to be the Max, who's more of a moral center sort of person.
"Santa": I thought that Carver [Charade] might be a good person to decide what houses to hit up, considering his black book and his his warped desire to pass justice on all of them.
Grinch Gang: Aesir, Karia, Matador (unless you'd rather we rob from Duchess, Kay)

"Victims"
Cindy-Lou Who: Maiya [nofo] seems like a good fit
@spesh — considering his attitude towards people poorer than him, this is really the only place Leo fits with the plot
(Possibly Duchess, depending on what Kay wants)
Breyer [South]

How do you guys feel about this? I'll leave this open a bit more in case anyone else wants to get in on this before we start mapping out threads.
