District 10 Games Reactions, Feelings, and RIOTS!

Hey there District 10-ers! As a big supporter of Nonnie and her baybehs, I wrote up a reaction post for one of my D10ers, and got to thinking that other people might want to run into him, pay their own respects, etc. I had Elias do something a little taboo and I'm thinking the air in D10 would be pretty tense and ripe for... people to air out their feelings in not the most appropriate of way, if you know what I mean (down with the capitol rahrrebellionrahr).
We were thinking something along the lines of the London Riots: people getting upset and smashing stuff, but a lot of it is more a group mentality of just stealing things for the sake of stealing. So rise up district 10!
It's more of an open thread at this point, and you can post your own reactions/run into Elias on the street/start breaking things/burning stuff. I just figured this would have happened right after her death, so... yeah, if anyone is interested in joining in, feel free to in the thread here:
