She strode through District Tweleve, giving as much attention to the people around her as they paid attention to her. Which was none. Her gray-blue eyes looked over the street, taking in everything. She was always prepared in case of danger, now was no different. It wasn't that she didn't trust anyone, it was just that she didn't trust everyone.

"How many of you here are tired of the tyranny and oppresion of the Capitol? How many of you want a better life than you have? If you join me, if you would only make your voice heard we can make a difference."

Oh, here we go. She thought, rolling her eyes. Here's another one who thinks he can make a difference. She personally believed they just had a death wish, because naught ever came of their actions but either being turned into an avox, being sent to the detention center or being killed. She would admit, though, that at least death by the Capitol would be more interesting than dying of starvation.

Wandering over to where the near-chant had come from, Kiar saw a boy and a girl speaking together. Since the speaker had been male, she knew the girl was either supporting or interfering. Her expression said it was the latter. Calmly, she made her way over to them, in time to catch the last bit of the conversation. "It's for that reason that I'm here trying to make a stand." Well, she silently remarked, you obviously aren't doing that good of a job are you, if the only person to speak with you is arguing your ideas.

She came to stand beside the girl. She nodded to both persons. "Hello. What seems to be the matter? It's odd to see two people fight so vigorously," Her mind added the end to her sentence, hoping that maybe they might get the hint or they may both get caught, in the open, where anyone can see you. She smiled innocently, then threw in her little bit. Turning to the boy she muttered so only the two could hear her, "She is right you know, it's not a good idea to go bandying those kinds of thoughts about." Her smile never waivers as she said it, though her eyes gave off a faint warning. If he listened, he could save himself some trouble.
