Troubled Triplets // D4 [OPEN]

Delilah and Davy Locke are two of the wealthiest, most respectable people in all of District 4, being the force behind Locke Flow and Grow, a massive indoor aquacultural facility and fish hatchery. You'd think they have it all: a gorgeous, three-story beach house, all the money they could ever need or want, and three darling children to top it all off. At least, that's what they tell everyone.

But what's really happening behind the thick wooden walls of the Locke House? What goes on behind the scenes? Are the Locke triplets really as darling as they seem?

DELGADO LOCKE, the Maverick {taken by Lei}
Del was supposed to be the heir to their family business, the next Donald Trump of District 4, the one to carry on his parents' legacy. It's too bad Del has no desire to do anything his parents want him to do, and instead spends his days taking pictures of everything under the sun with his oh-so precious camera, much to Mr. and Mrs. Locke's devastation. He's also the biggest smartass you will ever meet.

DEZMOND LOCKE, the Vegetarian {reserved for plantix}
When you first see the hulking form of Dez Locke walking towards you, you might think that maybe, just maybe, he turned out to be the rough-and-tumble, kickass Career his parents always dreamed he would be. But no, as he comes closer you see that he's bottle-feeding a bunny rabbit and smells strongly of cat piss and rodent droppings, and he's crying because one of his twenty-seven goldfish died that morning. He hates fishing, refuses to eat anything that used to be breathing, and his room is a zoo of starving and diseased animals.

DEMETRA LOCKE, the Sadist {OPEN}
Dem Locke is smart, cunning, and tough. Perhaps she could grow up to be the head instructor at the training facility, just like her mother was. But no, putting little Dem in a room full of weapons with a bunch of children would be a very bad idea. She already has a habit of breaking peoples' fingers, and she loves "taking care" of Dez's pets for him, though for some reason they always seem to go missing for a while. They do turn up eventually, though, just in a few more pieces than before.
