Wreaking Havoc and stuff...(Open for application)

So, I created this new character based a lot off the character Bane from The Dark Knight Rises. And now I would like to invite people to join in the mayhem that will ensue from him and his people!
The Premise:
Tyson(Me), has it in his head to destroy all forms of corrupt government. He has played 13 in thinking he is on their side, and the Capitol has multiple warrants out for his arrest. He and his group of followers known as 'The Darkness', will be traveling around, district to district, rallying people to follow them, and eventually begin terrorizing the Capitol and it's agencies in the districts.
What Is Needed:
I need people to apply for the following roles:
2nd in Command: Preferably male, with strong anti government tendencies. This person is the only person who knows Tyson's true plan to destroy both the Capitol and the government if 13.
Followers: All genders and ages welcome ( preferably over 16). These people only need to be anti-Capitol, and be willing to follow!
Investigator: This role is important to the plot line. This is the person who has been put in charge of apprehending Tyson and his people. This character must have a strong person playing it, and most impotently, this character is a Peacekeeper.
