-wants Europa!tribute or Io!tribute
-psychotic
-super mad that people keep treating him like a little kid despite his age

-born to Capitolite parents who absolutely love their son but also love the social scene
-used to seeing "Mommy" and "Daddy" being away all the time and wishes that he could have someone to be his companion
-teased in school for his looks (whether his face was too round or eyes too small or whatever)
-resorted to art as a way to vent out
-filler-into-adulthood part
-when first saw Storm as trib, felt extremely connected in some odd way (he likes seeing Azn!ppl)
-obsession continues when he saw Sundra!tribute
-now: spends days wondering how amazing it would be to see Europa or Io in the arena
