Here's the deal.

I want to make a character. A character full of vibrance, and rp-worthy posts, and over-all activeness.

No, I don't just want activeness. I want be active.

See, I've been pondering over the idea of a new character for a while now, but the main thing holding me fact is the mere fear that the character will be for nothing; that I won't be able to roleplay him/her.

So, then came the utterly brilliant idea. Brilliant. Idea of brilliance.

Instead of trying to start my own plot, I realized that there are so many plots out there. Any of you have ideas for friends? Enemies? Frenemies? Hunting Partners? L-ooo-ve?

Anything. Anything you can think of.

And I will be happy to provide you with a character to fit you're plot, mhm. I would be thrilled. Delighted. Elated. The only requirement, is that your plot has to be interesting. Or at least, give me a bit to work off of. Like... don't just say "please be my partner mongoose collector."I will ask... what kind of mongooses? Have we had any breaks in the partnership up until now?! Why did we start this mongoose collecting business in the first place?!? So please, be... descriptive.

But on the other hand, please don't...tie off my creativity, y'know? Since I control my character, I want to... control my character. Of course they will still pertain to the plot.

But please don't tell me something like, "be my enemy who secretely loves me and likes gymnastics, and they want to be just like my character, but they can't oh and also they have blonde hair." In that situation, boys and girls, I would not be very likely to just jump right in. I would feel violated. Used. Ill-treated! Well, I wouldn't exactly feel horrified like that, but I would ask for a little lee-way.

Just to add this in there, I refuse to be a parent. Just because I suck at being parent-like...

But I don't mind being a sibling or some other member a family. Like a cousin. Or something.

Oh, and also, I would like you to be very literate. Mmkay? I get a bit picky.

...Oh. I guess there are quite a few requirements. But I don't bite, honest. I'd love to get things on a roll.

So, I was thinking...I have a character: Malcolm Chamberlain, and his coexisting alter ego, Graves. Polar opposites of course. (How fun!) ^^ And Malcolm, being the aristrocrat alcoholic who doubts his life, is basically, excuse my language, a "man slut". He's very unappreciative, though he isn't cruel. Only quiet, depressed, and very hard to read.

Dayle Graves, came along after Malcolm was abandoned by his older brother, Jack Chamberlain, now the Capitol's Radio Host

and favorite brother of everyone. Malcolm blames him, blah, blah blah. Back to the point, Graves is fun, outgoing, a bit chaotic. Confusing as well, though he's a very fun character indeed. Basically the voice of reason at times, though he can be manipulative when he chooses to be.

And what I basically thinking is that you create an avox, so she can be sold to Malcolm, so she becomes his servant. And perhaps from there, they form sort of bond. I'm not sure how romance would work, seeing as she has no tongue, and he's a greedy selfish bastard, but ah well. ^^

If you'd like to comply, you can just go ahead and create 'er, and I guess we'll see how it goes from there.

Well, I have two characters (my only two, hehe) that I should get active. I also like big plots and interesting rping, and I post more than a couple lines, so there would be material to work with.

I have a male character is District 9 named Rhys, who I (unfortunately) have not been able to use much, but imagine would be fascinating to write, considering he's a bit awkward. He'd be funny at a blossoming love thing-a-ma-bob, because he would confuse himself so much. Your character (if you do so choose to make one for me) could also be his hunting partner.

My other character is a female named Ixia Hartford. I would enjoy doing a frenemies plot with her. Considering she's very bad with relationships, it's plausible. It would also be cool if (your) character acted sort of like an over-protected brother, producing the close friends but also enemies affect. She's independent that way.

Um, yeah, that's it...

Those ideas sound extremely interesting. I was brainstorming for the both that you mentioned, and well, it sounds completely do-able.

Bottom line is I would love to be a part of one of those plots.

I just don't know which one to go after. Which one would you rather get going on?

Aw crap, that's why I asked you. I like both plots as well. But...

Due to the rapidly growing population and activity in District Nine, I think I would prefer to use my Ixia plot. I just love her too much. Of course, you can have the final say if you would prefer to use Rhys' plot (I mean, it's YOUR character), but I think this would be more interesting, and perhaps a bit more fun...

But then again, I like the prospect of hunting partners/awkward moments. And I had the character developed a bit more then the Ixia plot one.

... Eh, I 'll go with the Ixia plot though. Like I said, I need a male, aaand Ixia is pretty awesome.

Just for reference when we get the plot on a roll, should we have them meet for the first time? Or just pretend like they knew each other before?

If we have them meet for the first time, it might start off a bit slow, but that gives us more to work off of. If we start with them already knowing each other, that could work too, but it might take me a couple posts to get in the swing of things.

Either way.

After I had read your original post a few times Kara, many thoughts ran through my head as to plots, events that could happen within the plots, who would be involved in the plot, and things of that nature. I then realized that none of these thoughts actually even contained my of my characters in the events or plots occurring, on top of that. After realizing my mistake, I carefully planned out a plot for each of my characters, and out of the plots that I had created, I chose the plot that contained Payton Poulter, my District 1 female that is still lacking in posts, considering that she hasn't been in one post of mine yet , that is, pertaining to role playing. I hope that this post will persuade you to change that, as to participating in Payton's first thread. To start off, I ill give you information about Poulter, this includes her appearance and personality. Anyway, here it goes:

PAYTON POULTER ---- (Pay-tohn Pohl-tur)

Personality-

Payton tends to be the type that sticks to a certain amount of people.

She doesn't really allow herself to get emotionally attached to anybody. The reason being, she doesn't want to have to lose them if they were to go into the Hunger Games, although she wouldn't mind for a few of her enemies to pass away.

Payton is also the type of girl that willn't let anybody outwhit her, or have a better idea, which leads for her great intelligence. She tends to be very infuriated if somebody were to outwhit, or outstrategize, her.

Appearance--

Payton, a girl standing at a height of 5 foot, 9 inches, has long blonde hair, with pencil thin brown highlights flowing throughout it. It falls down her back as if it was meant to imitate an avalanche.

Her body appearance seems to be the petite type, the kind of body that is very slender, but her body is very healthy and fit, which enables her to surprise others when it comes to foot races and things of that nature.

She has a dark complexion, considering how much of her free time is spent in the sun. The part of her that is the darkest would definetly be her legs, due to the fact that short shorts are worn most of the time. Of course, there is an exception for that in the winter.

She usually will be seen wearing something that compliments her body, and the color that seems to compliment her body the most will definitely be pink, with the exception of turquoise in some occasions. The shirts she wears are usually shirts that contain spaghetti straps, or occasionally a shirt that is strapless. The outcome of her appearance tends to depend on what her mood is like during the day. What is worn on her feet is usually something around the sorts of sandles, and occasionally formal slippers. The color of these things also depend on the type of mood she is in that particular day.

I am sorry that you have had to refrain from actually reading the plot from the start, but I wanted you to get an idea of who Payton actually was, before diving head first into a plot in which you didn't even know the character you were in the plot with. I have a feeling that this paragraph aso meant nothing to you, so I will immediately start the second paragraph after the last word of this statement.

The plot will be filled with many, many, scrutinous and dangerous obstructions along Payton and your character's friendship. Considering Payton's personality, you will probably need to keep in mind her snooty attitude, because she will most likely not be associating with a person that isn't of her caliber, so your character might want to be a bit competitive as well. Of course, none of this is essential and willn't have to be done, just believe that it will make the plot run more smoothly.

In conclusion, the plot is mainly in your hands if you ask me, due t the fact that you are taking your time and effort in order to create a character to participate in my plot. I hope you enjoyed reading this, and if you have any questions, I will be pleased to answer.

If you want to do the Rhys plot, I have no problem with that. It's your character, and I want you to be able to enjoy rping them as much as possible. If we did use the Rhys plot, many awkward moments were in store for us.

But if you do want a male character bad enough, I would suggest having them meet in an almost (hehe) awkward situation. They could also be family friends that were starting to get close, but I personally prefer the former. Once again (of course), it's up to you!
