Cutting off the pony tail (open) Blitz

I've had my pony tail for far to long. Today I woke up and looked in the mirror and realized, I am done with long hair. Too long I've hidden my scars behind a veil of hair, but now I will cut the pony tail and usher in a new era, of me.
Before I know it I'm staring down at the remains of my pony tail, it looks quite insignificant lying there on the ground.
Then I look up at myself in the mirror, "who is this glorious person?
