Messing with Death (open to all)

Leo had made another escape from a new 'master' Leo had promised himself he'd never have any true master but himself. Now he was looking to escape, the woods must be his best shoot, after all, he'd grown up in d11 and started his own rebellion. Of course, it was never that large Leo remebered. Leo also remebered who he'd left incharge, his baby brother. Leo regreted it, Ari had talent, Leo had seen to that, but he'd been so small... The more Leo thought the more he knew that it'd been Ari's fault they'd been caught in the first place.

Leo was so depressed, because Ari couldn't have surived, and Leo looked often, he wasn't an Avox either, that left death. It would haunt him for the rest of his life. Even if Ari wasn't in that district anymore, there was more he could do, and if he needed to die, he'd like to die where he would be buried beside his little brother.

If only I had a wepon Leo mused as he walked silently, then he heard a cry for help. Leo ran for it, Idiot, you can't stop they'll capture you again, They need me, Is it worth your freedom?, I'll have to see Leo argued with himself, even as he ran.

Finding a person(he, she?) standing over a dead girl's body Leo tensed, ready to fight, then he remembered that it would have had to be this person that called for help. Taking out a notebook, Leo scribbled hurriedly, "What happened? Who killed her? Give me your bow"
Leo wanted a weapon if he was going to have to find a killer. Leo almost laughed, a killer hunting a murderer. How Ironic.

Leo stares in something close to awe as he gets a bow placed in his hands, it's illegal to give weapons to avoxes, Leo never thought he'd get to handle one again, much less this weapon. A bow, his weapon of choice since he was 3, the weapon he'd spent so many years training with back at home. Leo considered just taking off, with a bow, well, he'd be back home in no time.
Leo instead grabbed an arrow out of the quiver on the guy's back and tests the arrows straightness, it's weight, how well balanced it was, then he flexed the bow, it was like being home again for the first time in a long time. Leo knew his aim wouldn't be near as good as it used to be, but he used to be good enough to shoot a fly from 15 meters away, he didn't need to be that acurate here.
Leo savored the moment as he pulled with his back muscles, it hurt slightly, using muscles he hadn't used in so long, but it felt good, finally stretching. Leo felt the arrow feathers brushing his cheek, taking a breath he steadied himself and instinct told him how to aim so the arrow head's weight would draw the arrow down to exactly...
Leo released, the shot hit the figure in the forehead, right where he had aimed, the man was dead. Leo took the quiver from his new 'partner' feeling it easily slip over his own shoulder. Walking over to the dead body, Leo withdrew the arrow, wiping it clean and testing it, it hadn't bent, it was still in prime condition. Leo replaced it in the quiver. Walking back, Leo scribbled, Did that awnser your question? I was the leader, of course I can fight.
Leo looked at him, I'm assuming you can as well, I'm also assuming you can speak, since you can you should call out and ask if they are an enemy, so I don't have to kill everyone we see. I'm keeping your bow Leo felt slightly bad about stealing this person's weapon, it wasn't right, but the person was a capitol residant, they could buy another. Leo couldn't and after Leo set this right, well, this would be his one chance to go home.

Leo nods, happy he wasn't saddened by the loss of the bow, and a little resentful of how easy it is for him. Leo nearly laughed at the next phrase, so Leo was likable, who knew. Leo hadn't had someone really like him since he was kidnaped and brought here, of course, Leo hadn't really got close to anyone here. Mostly he'd been causing as much trouble as he could possibly.
At the next question, Leo actually did laugh, of course, with no sound admitting from him, it looked rather creepy. Leo scribbled one word this time No. Leo couldn't, Leo planned to return home to d9, to do that would be dangerous, he might not make it, he didn't need to carry someone with him. Also, if they made it, then Leo would have taken a capitol citizen straight to what matters most to him, the only things he cares about. Leo didn't want him along, not to mention that the guy would be leaving behind all the easiness of a capitol's life.

Leo raises an eyebrow at her, so she's better than a normal capitol citizen, so? He still wasn't taking her home, not a chance. But maybe I could take her halfway, she'd be useful, then ditch her before she gets close enough to do damage...Nah, better not risk it.
Leo scribbles again, Don't care, I don't 'owe' you anything, try and take the bow back if you want, it's worthless to me if it means you can come near my family. Even if you really are a 'good person' I'll be trailed twice as much because they'll think I kidnapped you. Not a chance. Leo wasn't up for this, not yet anyway.... How's this, we stay in the area for a while longer while I decide what your word is worth, if anything, then I'll disappear by myself or with you depending on what I decide.
