Rafi Letulier District 5(finished.)

Rafi has a pointed chin. It is more of a curve then a point. He has high cheek bones. His eyes are a little more narrow then most people. His ears are a curve and a little high up. He has a set of light blue eyes. The color of blue reflects the ocean during a crystal clear day.

His eyebrows are a little bushy. They are slightly off balance and do not match up correctly. His nose is not the best. It is point and small. He has thin lips with 1 piercing through the lower 1. He has a receiding hair line. But right now his hair is long. He has a dirty blonde hair style. It is blonde when the sun hits at a certain style. But gets to be brown when he is inside.

He has a average body type. He is not to muscular, but he is athletic enough to have muscles. He dresses in the average clothes. His skin is pale white. He has a tattoo on his back of two lines. His arm has a tattoo on it but it says the words Avicii on it.He weighs a good 130-140.

He is a happy person. He loves to be about and active as much as he can. He has a high that is not done by drugs but from his constant happiness. He likes to drag people out to either exercise or just walk around. He enjoys the happiness of others.

He speaks his mind about anything and everything. He doesn't care what others say about him. Even though he lives in a outlying district he thinks of the happiness in the games. He can always find the good in anyone no matter how mad or depressed they are. He is optomistic.

He has a fear and a mental disorder that is uncurable. His fear is fear of commitment. He tries to get close to people but when he does he snaps and tries what ever he can to get the person away from him. He has Multiple personality disorder. He can be himself at one moment. But the next he can be someone else.

Rafi grew up with a normal family. He had a brother, a sister, a mom and dad. His father use to work with animlas at a farm. But when the capitol started looking for oil in the district they dug up the farm his dad worked on. For a while his father was out of work because he didn't want to work in the oil fields. For a while his father would do odd jobs around the district but it was not bringing enough money to support the whole family.

At the age of fifteen he started to go look for work a little and ditch school. His parents were not to happy about him skipping school. But he knew he had to help bring in some more money since his dad didn't want to work for the oil fields. At the age of sixteen. Rafi threatened to go help out in the fields. It causes a lot of turmoil in his house hold.

Rafi was told he had to go back to school and no more working. His sister and mother took jobs helping out in the district square. His dad swallowed his pride and finally took a job in the fields where his old farm was. Two years later Rafi was turning eighteen and he started to go to work with his dad since it was his last year in the reapings and he had to start working after the games.
