2nd Tribute to Light Fire at Tar Pits

The 2nd tribute to light a fire or use a fire weapon in the tar pits will cause a small explosion that will take their dominant arm off (+10 damage) and cause burns to everyone in the area (including the fire-lighting tribute) who must roll a dice=12 for damage.
