Simmerin Baked District 12

I have the usual look of a merchant child in district 12. I have normal blonde hair , and what some would say bright blue eyes. You will often see me with a small ribbon in my blonde hair allowing for my so called " perfectly flat long hair" to look cuter. By the way it is not perfectly flat its just flat to my body. I have a hour glass shape , and am skinny for a merchant kid. Although I am skinny I don't look under weight it is just my weight. Amongst being skinny I am short for my age standing at 5 foot 1.

My skin now is another story. I have pasty white skin , and soft pink lips. Some would say that my skin is just white , but I think it is worst than everyone else's toned skin. I have brown eye lashes even though my hair is blonde. The one thing that I can agree on is I have a decent smile. Still I rather see other people smile more. Another thing that I see people staring at all the time is my ears. They are decently oversized making them hard to hide behind my blonde hair especially since my hair is flat.

I am told that I am a very friendly little girl. Some times I think it is just them being nice. Some say I have low confidence , and I may have to agree. Although I love the people around me sometimes I feel like others deserve more than me. Except the capital I hate the capital.

People say I can find good in most. I don't know if that is true because I sometimes come up with plans in my head to destroy the president. I can be very precise on my ideas for thoughts. I am a very intelligent person is one thing I can agree with. Lets see I am a realist , and an optimist. Once again I am more on the down side with myself.

I am a friendly person , who will compliment someone on almost anything. Even though I am friendly I am not extroverted. My voice is usually quiet for a friendly person. I am someone who loves art , and beauty. You will find me looking at the meadow for long periods of time. I love nature.

I am willing to put others first , even if it means going hungry. You will find me once in awhile when I am looking for wild fruits for my parents pies looking for animals out in the forest also. I must admit I am very scared every time I go in the forest , but I always rebound quick , and able to feel comfortable in the forest again. Just like me going into unknown situations the same goes for friendships once people get passed a thin untrusting barrier our friendship is endless. I am one to always wave to random people coming into the shop. Finally I am one to keep my true opinion to myself usually. Although I am not considered "easy going".

Oh I almost forgot My faults. There is a lot of them that I know are present , but I will tell you just a few of many just to save time. I am a picky person. You will often see me being picky about what I wear, how I decorate my bake goods , and a whole lot of things like what I eat. I am always judging my friends when they are not wearing nice clothes inside my head sometimes not even paying attention to what they are saying to me. Not to mention even sometimes I let it slip that I don't like their style. That is one of the only things I let slip by mistake is style for as far as opinion goes.

I know that the seam kids can't afford as well as clothes as I can , but I just can't help it. I always feel like I am critiquing my frosting style when I look at them. So I suppose you can also say I lose my self in art where sometimes I forget to switch on my friendship cap. Which brings me to another fault of mine forgetfulness or some will just call it being stupid. I am awful at remembering things. I am not an A led alone a B student thanks to my memory skills. I almost forgot the loaf of bread I am recooking should be done now let me go get it!

Well this starts awhile back. My ancestors hmm 2-4 generations ago during the time when the games started up were not supporters , but well something along the lines of did not join a side. For that they were given the bakery to run. It has been in our family ever since. See I love my parents ,and all , but the time of standing aside , and allowing sides to duel it out is over.

My generation is the time when they care about what happens I suppose. My family see here has always had enough money to feed us to be content when we go to bed. We are not stuffed , but almost full. So that means we never had to take out tesserae. Which means we had no one in our family go into the games. My parents have always been loving , but their opinion on the games is not hatred like it should be.

My parents hatred towards the games does not go far or anywhere for that matter. They are loving people, and they are not for the games just they won't be stepping up to stop the games any time soon. Anyways My parents have taught me , and my older brother to step aside when ever possible claiming " if it is not your fight don't fight." That is just it this whole games is my fight.

My brother feels the same way. Often you will see my older brother , and I whispering ,and such in our own house. You can say why not speak your opinion to your parents? Yeah umm that is it although we are willing to stand up against the games if it comes soon or even in our life time we are not stupid enough to just say more things than needed. Knowing my parents they would not tell us if a peacekeeper was standing right behind us if we talked about our opinions.

Anyways since age 5 I have worked at our bakery. To begin with I started as a helper with making the bake goods. I kept moving up. Eventually my brother , and I were old enough to make the goods alone in a room. Well my brother made them , and I added the extras to it. Yes I do mean frosting , and even butter. Today I can frost 10 cakes a day , and butter 5 loafs of bread. Well if you want a piece of bread I will give it to you for free today. I will just eat one less slice myself. Just don't tell my parents they have caught me before when they did they would not let me near customers again claiming "I was stepping into someone else's business" No seriously take it my parents feed us enough you need it more.
