First Party at the Tilt-A-Whirl

When the first party reaches the Tilt-A-Whirl, the ride will start spinning at a comfortable pace, but quickly the ride will start speeding up, preventing all attempts at balancing. Finding it impossible to stand, all tributes in the area on this day will fall and be severely injured by their own weapons for +15 damage. However, any tributes with a whip as their weapon won’t be quite as injured, considering that their weapons aren’t as effective (sorry), and will only fall and bruise themselves up in several places for +5 damage.
