Hey are you a lot to put pictures of celebrities for character creation. I'm trying to use Jaqueline Emerson (foxface)
can I use her? Can I use other celebs? am I aloud to use google images to put them on there?

You can use celebrities, yes, as long as you officially reserve (and later claim) them in the Face Claim thread here: hungergamesrpg.com/thread/6581?page=1

You cannot use Jacqueline Emerson, however, as we have banned all celebrities cast in any of The Hunger Games movies.

You can use Google images of celebrities in your posts, as long as you have reserved/claimed the celebrity officially. Be sure to check the above list, as we have many celebrities already claimed.
