Last Minute Pep Talk Before the Storm [Francesca/Opal Blitz]

Francesca is finally enjoying her much needed alone time in their apartment in the TC this morning. As much as she so enjoyed watching the girls throw themselves at her partner Argo she just wants to train like a normal Career. She just wants to prepare herself for literally the fight for her life, she usually isn’t this angry but she can feel the wrath boil in her gut. Mainly at the other tributes but still she can feel it affecting her persona. Dampening her bright and sunny light and turning it into the bleak and dry desert. She wants ice cream right now, that’s what she really wants. She lifts herself up from the bed and saunters towards the dining room.

She comes in just in time to see Argo and Topaz go off into some other part of the penthouse. She walks towards the table in the dining room to see a plate of croissants sans one. Argo must’ve just ate one, she thinks to herself as she ponders who her personal mentor will be. Being from District One has it’s perks that you can have a mentor to give their undivided attention to. She obviously knows that it won’t be Topaz as she already has her own hands full with Argo. “I wonder why Opal didn’t choose her brother. Maybe she doesn’t want to deal with the family drama,” she tells herself, also to Ignatius but she’s just currently talking at the moment. She grabs a croissant off the plate and starts eating it, saying as she chews “So ummm….. hi there, anyone else here?”
