ooc://I wanted to make a Rent plot because I adore it <3 If this is considered inappropriate in any way, let me know. Changing the names etc is highly encouraged. Make the part your own! This is also the first actual plot I've run, so let me know if it's good/bad/whatever and don't judge me too harshly. I'm also flexible on the District. That's about it. Parts aren't first come first served, so take your time.
