Second Tribute to Swim in Water Area

The second tribute to go swimming in the Water Area will come out of the water covered in Clingrays. They will not have to fight the Clingrays which can be easily removed, but they will be unable to flee for the rest of the day. If they swam to the islands on the Water Area, they will be unable to flee for the rest of the day, but they will be safe from a fight (their allies will be unable to reach them however). If they did not, they will not be safe and may only fight every other attack, but their allies, if applicable, will be able to flee with them. They will also take 5 damage.
