Directory of Questions & Suggestions (dis is a suggestion)

Hey,
I was looking through this board today, and I was wondering if it would be helpful to have a directory to all the questions & suggestions, that way, before people ask the same question for the thousandth time, they could look through the thread and see that their question has already been answered? We could organize it by topic and then perhaps link to the thread with each of the individual questions?

the layout (and mind you this is rough) for a section could be something like this:

Topic
- question w/ link to thread
- question w/ link to thread
- question w/ link to thread

or if it's a suggestion

topic
- suggestion w/ link to thread - staff answer

etc. A topic could be like "Games" or "Board System"

I know we have a frequently asked questions thread, but it seems that questions are still often repeated. This could be a thread we direct people to first.

Feel free to ask for clarification on what I'm getting at. If you think this is a good idea, I'm more than happy to help with it, since it'd probably be a pain in the butt.
