Kiah wrote an awesome little tutorial on how to make tables here. It explains the basics of how to begin, as well as the coding involved in changing small things. And for colouring and such there are plenty of tutorials you can look at here. However this tutorial, written by Dee, covers basic coding like font size, bolding etc. And this one, written by the wonderful Aya, covers hex codes for colouring. ^^
