Calm Before the Storm {Marr ~ Vyren}

That petite smirk on his lips, giving her a warm-surprised welcome. Has it always been so captivating before? Taking her speech like there's more important things to do then talking. Yet her body's just as clueless on what to do. Right, she's following her word on showing up like she said. That was promised to two people after all, though also lost from her current train of thought. It was her initial reasoning, even if it's not so much anymore. That grin being passed off to her cheeks as she's given a smidgen of trust as her reward. "I always do." Vy guarantees with a sudden decision to keep this personality quirk. It's nice being there for others, especially if Jeran appreciates it as well. Acknowledging it and everything before stepping aside to allow her passage. She could get used to this.

With a gesture and words to come in that's exactly what Vy does, and as awkward and unlike her as everything previous. "Just you." She assures as she turns around to face him again, uncertain where to head to. The living room? His bedroom? She has to bring her focus back. The point of coming here was to be support, not get over friendly. Though the second part is really the only thing on her mind now. Guess she's either extremely early or Ky's gotten cold feet and backed out. Both options sort of means they have time to kill though. In an empty house, with only their last visit to refresh their brains.

Why did Vy come here? She kind of forgot again with the distraction of the features before her. Darkening from the door closing and blocking out the sun, though not expression-wise as he remains as calm looking as ever. He brings up the fact that she's lucky he was here to greet her, as he doesn't usually come home for the weekends anymore. After their quick, sporadic plan she'd only assume he'd be here. But it was also his sister's encouragement that made this happen. Right, Ky's telling her father today. Get it together Vy! Before she's able to reply to just how lucky she is, she's questioned on what they should do. Uh, there goes her mind again.

There's such an urge to clash her lips into his and pickup right where they left off last time. But her fingers stay fidgeting together instead of interlocking with his. Eyes and grin going down to watch them as if curious to why they weren't doing more. Like a guilty child getting her hand caught in the cookie jar. It's a bit obvious what she wants to do, though she won't admit to it. "Go to your room?" She suggests with a chuckle as her eyes finally go up to meet with his. That shy response to the situation dissipating away as her smirk enhances. "When's Ky coming back?" A hinting question is thrown his way as she follows his direction to their next location.

What's wrong with her? Never before has Vy ever acted in such a way. Sure she's received those unwanted butterflies in her stomach before, but never to this extent. Completely over-thinking and over-working everything going on externally and internally. How is sweet voice fills the room with warmth, and how her mind is racing and yet blank all at the same time. Of course she's not disappointed in the least to be encounter with Jeran, and Jeran only. Opposite even as no interruptions or threats roam around for a change. It just kind of has her clueless though she's fully aware of what she wants to do. Perhaps that's why she finds herself so speechless for a change. Another reasoning for being here really should of been considered before arriving. Too late now.

There's a bit of curiosity to how Jeran's retrieved back to his old ways. Only twice briefly did they run into each other, and the second time being when Vy was fighting Kyanite, obviously no good reunion for anyone. Then they bonded in the academy, giving neither a chance to know the other before the whole peacekeeper thing. Something tells her he wasn't too different though as he remains as calm and cool as ever. Possibly even more so with being out of the place. Guess Vy has found the source of her nervousness. He's taken all the confidence, which he very much should given the appearance he holds. That only means she's going to have to work that much harder to get it back. If she can pull herself around to it.

One smidgen of her normal self finds it's way, opening the door for her to only continue. Giving a request that, she hopes, is on both of their minds. It may not of been, but it sure is now. Luckily Jeran response with approval instead of retrieval, a moment that Vy couldn't help but worry over. With it out in the open now, there's no turning back. And precious words expressing that nothing entertained him till this, has her coming from that shell she didn't even know she had. A smile spreading across her face as her eyes go up to meet him stepping closer to her. That alone has her heart jumping and picking up faster then earlier. "Well I'm glad." She replies coyly. First they need to make sure they won't be getting walked-in on again though, which has him halting the removal of space between them.

The wrong interpretation is taken from Vy's question and concern. As if she'd have second thoughts and wanted Kyanite to arrive as a distraction. Sounds like she got her time with Matthew last night, and now it's Jeran's turn with his friendly buddy. How sad it sounds when he asks whether she'd rather see Ky then him, even if he avoids it from his tone. The distances is finally closed, and by Vy herself, as she drapes her arms around his shoulders to connect her hands behind his neck, just as they were last time they saw one another. "I sure don't." She corrects with that grin upon her cheeks.

It's no longer difficult to tell they're both finally on the same page as he implies that they should revisit the past. Nothing could sound better to her, willing to enjoy a subject in school just for this occasion. They'll be doing lots of studying, and for the first time she's eager to get right to it. "And I like a lack of interruptions." She comments before removing herself from being his necklace. They should probably get to that location she suggested prior to anything else, sadly. The anticipation can only grow more as she takes his hand and follows his leads, a school girl grin joining along.

Now it's like there's no time to waste as she immediately connects her lips with his once the door closes behind them. Plenty of time to take in his room later because she's very much busy with another task currently. Directing with her kiss to anything she can make him sit on to even out the height. "Too fast?" She questions only centimeters from his face, locking their lips back together before he has a chance to reply. After countless times of not being allowed to go further then this, it feels like she can't spare a second. Blood pumping and hearts racing as she closes the last of the distances and takes her rightful place with straddling his lap.
