On a few RP sites I've been on, there was a staff section called Next-Gen staff, who are assigned to a full member of staff and are taught the trade, and are like shadows. They are people who are experienced on the site, and want a step onto the staffing ladder. Does anyone think this is a good idea?

Hmm... I don't think our staff needs are large enough to require newbie staff, necessarily, and while it's been quite some time since I was new staff, I don't think there's too steep of a learning curve for staff functioning. It's a good thought - but I don't think much would be gained by adding in junior staff without full responsibilities. Thanks for your suggestion^^
